We offer flat rate shipping as described below:

Any size order shipped within the USA:  $4.00 (Media Mail).
Any size order shipped to Canada:  $7.00 (1st Class International Package).
Any size order shipped to any country other than the USA or Canada:  $12.00 (1st Class International Package).

Due to the prevalence of photocopying we do not accept returns or issue refunds. We will replace free of charge any of our publications containing manufacturing defects such as missing or incorrectly placed pages.
